Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition
  • the item must be returned in its original packaging
  • proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used or worn.
